Return Policy

At Callender & Co, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make the return process as smooth as possible. Please review our return guidelines to ensure your return is processed quickly and efficiently.

1. Return Window

You have 10 days from the delivery date to return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange. Any returns requested after this period may not be accepted unless otherwise required by law.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in new and unused condition, free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

Contact our customer support team at support@callendernco.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the item back.

4. Return Shipping

Customer-Initiated Returns: For returns due to reasons other than damage or defect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure your item arrives safely.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We’ll cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or full refund.

If your return is not received within 14 days of issuing the RMA, we reserve the right to deny the return or charge additional fees.

5. Refunds & Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

If your return is rejected due to ineligible conditions (e.g., used, damaged, or not in original packaging), the item will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, follow the return procedure above and indicate that you would prefer an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Customized or made-to-order furniture

Clearance, final sale, or special promotion items

Gift cards

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund, including all associated shipping costs.

Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to locations within the United States. For international shipping, please contact our customer service team at support@callendernco.com to inquire about availability and rates.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.

Next-Day Shipping: 1 business day.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. During checkout, you’ll be able to select your preferred shipping method and view the estimated cost.

3. Processing Time

Order Processing: All in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Made-to-Order/Custom Items: Processing times for custom or made-to-order items vary, and production may take 2-4 weeks. Shipping times will begin once the item is complete.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your selected shipping method and location. Please note that unforeseen delays due to weather, carrier issues, or holidays may affect these estimates.

Standard Delivery: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days after processing.

Expedited Delivery: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days after processing.

Next-Day Delivery: Typically arrives within 1 business day after processing.

For custom items, delivery will occur after the production time is completed.

5. Freight Delivery for Large Furniture

For large furniture and oversized items, we offer freight delivery, ensuring your items are delivered safely and professionally. Freight delivery is typically required for items that exceed standard shipping dimensions or weight.

Freight Delivery Time Frame: Freight deliveries typically take 7-14 business days after the order is processed. However, for certain locations or remote areas, delivery may take up to 21 business days.

Scheduling: Our freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the item.

Delivery Options:

Back Orders and Longer Wait Times: In cases where the item is on back order or has an extended production time, we will notify you of the delay before processing your order. Back-ordered items may take 4-6 weeks or longer to ship, depending on availability and production schedules. Freight shipping will commence once the item becomes available.

Tracking: Once your item is dispatched for freight delivery, you will receive a tracking number and details from our logistics partner. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update.

6. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and details. You can use this number to track your package's progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

7. Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Oversized or Heavy Items: For larger or heavier items, we may require special shipping arrangements, which could include freight shipping. Our team will contact you to confirm delivery details for these orders.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within the U.S. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact our customer service team to inquire about availability and costs. Duties, taxes, and customs fees for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@callendernco.com. For damaged items:

Report the damage within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

10. Delivery Issues

If the carrier confirms the delivery of your order but you haven’t received it, please reach out to us so we can assist with locating the package. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

At Callender & Co, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to offer flexibility while ensuring smooth and timely order fulfillment. Please review our cancellation policy below.

1. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

Before Shipment: If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may cancel it for a full refund. To cancel, please contact our customer service team at [email/contact info] as soon as possible with your order number.

After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item in accordance with our Return Policy.

2. Custom or Made-to-Order Items

Custom Orders: Cancellations for custom-made or personalized items must be made within 48 hours of placing the order. After this period, production will begin, and the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Non-Refundable Deposits: For custom or made-to-order furniture, a non-refundable deposit may apply. If cancellation occurs after production has started, we will retain the deposit to cover costs incurred.

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

Eligible Cancellations: For orders canceled before processing or shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Ineligible Cancellations: Orders that have already shipped or custom orders that have begun production are not eligible for refunds but may be subject to our return policy, if applicable.

5. Back-Ordered Items

If an item is on back order and you choose to cancel before the item becomes available, we will issue a full refund. Please contact us at support@callendernco.com if you wish to cancel a back-ordered item.

6. Changes to Your Order

If you wish to make changes to your order (such as modifying items, quantities, or shipping details), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
